Recalbox 4.1 pair ps3 controller12/31/2022 I had to plug in a USB keyboard and map it like it was a controller first. I didn't need to install any drivers or anything for it to work on my Mac though There is very little info on how to actually get to the main retropie menu if your controller isn't detected. I'm using a Raspberry Pi Zero and some random Chinese brand SNES controller. The controller works on my Macbook, and I've tried other people's solutions I've found on reddit, but have yet to figure out my problem. update commands: sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgrad I have an OTG USB hub attached to my controller and I'm getting No Gamepads Detected and am unable to setup anything. ![]() I was running Debian 9.4 (which I think comes with retropie 4.4) and am now running 9.8 after the update and my usb hub works. I tried several things and eventually tried updating Debian. I was recently having issues with retropie detecting my keyboard and gamepad on my usb hub. It was installed using the retropie-setup on raspbian No Gamepads Detected Please do not post a support request without first reading and following the advice in No Gamepads Detected I think it's also important to note that after I reboot and get the No gamepads detected the keyboard is not recognized either.
